Orders shipped domestically to the United States are shipped via UPS.
Orders shipped internationally are shipped via UPS.
Please use caution when entering your shipping information. Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, so no modifications can be made.
- Processing Time: 1-5 Business Days
- Standard Domestic Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days
- Express Domestic Shipping Time: 1-3 Business Days
- Standard International Shipping Time: 7-10 Business Days
- Express International Shipping Time: 3-7 Business Days
Processing time is not included in the shipping time. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
All items ordered on valdeenhair.com require a signature for delivery. If at any time your order is undeliverable due to there being no authorized representative to sign for the package, insufficient address, or any other reason, contact us at contactus@valdeenhair.com so that we can discuss the best course of action. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation once your order is received. After communication with a representative from Valdeen Hair, if redelivery is needed, you will be required to pay the additional shipping fee as well as the return fee.
The shipping fee for international orders placed on Valdeenhair.com does not include any Tarriffs or Customs Fees assessed by the country of receipt. Valdeen hair is not responsible for these fees. Please consider this prior to placing your order .
Valdeen Hair is not responsible for any lost items or delays encountered by the shipping courier. Any issues concerning the delivery of your order must be addressed with the shipping courier.
If you purchased Route Protection at checkout, your package is covered by any losses that occured as a result of damage or theft. All claims must be filed through Route.
