How long does shipping take?
- Standard Domestic Shipping Time (UPS Ground): 3-5 Business Days
- Express Domestic Shipping Time (UPS 2nd Day Air): 1-3 Business Days
- Standard International Shipping Time (UPS): 7 - 10 Business Days
- Express International Shipping Time (UPS): 3-7 Business Days
Processing time is not included in the shipping time. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
If I purchase from the Gray collection, how do I know which shade of gray I will receive?
We will send an email with photos of your gray purchases prior to shipping. We require confirmation from you before your order is shipped.
What is the difference between the Luxe Collection and Black Collection?
Extensions from our Luxe Collection have been cut from one single donor. These extensions have not been colored or chemically processed. Because of this, they range in color from light brown, to very dark brown.
Extensions from our Black Collection bundles are double drawn and cut from 2-3 donors. These extensions have been colored to a soft black color.
