Refund policy

At this time, we are not accepting returns. All sales are final.

Please reach out to us at contactus@valdeenhair.com to address any issues you may encounter. In the event that there is an issue with your order due to an error of ours, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Failure to reach out to us during this time frame regarding an error made on our end will disqualify you from any potential exceptions. To be eligible for an exception, all hair must be unused and still in the original packaging. The hair should not be altered in any way and all ties must still be intact.

We recommend that you opt for signature confirmation and tracking information from your shipping courier when shipping returns, as Valdeen Hair is not responsible for any items that are lost in transit. If a refund is due, it will only be provided once we are in receipt of your return. If applicable, funds are only provided to the payment method in which the order was placed.

Failure to respond to any communication sent by Valdeen Hair within 24 hours may result in order cancellation and refund. (I.e, confirmation of bundle color, identity verification, or shipping address discrepancies)
